    • Boxing Gloves

      We provide loaner gloves for your first session. After that, we recommend your own 12–14oz pair.

    • Hand Wraps

      Inner hand wraps protect your knuckles and wrists. Pick up a pair in our pro shop for just $8.

    • Workout Gear

      Comfortable, breathable activewear. Shorts or leggings work great — you’ll be moving a lot!

    • Training Shoes

      Cross-trainers or boxing shoes with good ankle support. No running shoes — you need lateral stability.

    Do I need any experience to join?

    Absolutely not! Our Foundations program is designed specifically for beginners with zero martial arts or fitness background. Coach Priya will guide you through every technique from scratch in a warm, supportive environment.

    Is it really women-only?

    Yes — all classes listed under the Women's Kickboxing program are 100% women-only, taught by female coaches. We also have co-ed classes available if you ever want to train in a mixed environment.

    How quickly will I see results?

    Most members notice improved energy and mood within the first week. Visible physical changes — toned muscles, improved stamina, weight loss — typically appear within 4–6 weeks of attending 3+ classes per week.

    What if I'm not fit enough?

    There is no fitness prerequisite to join. Our classes are structured so every woman can work at her own pace. You'll get fit by coming to class — you don't need to be fit to start.

    Can I try a class before committing?

    Yes! We offer a completely free trial class with no obligation. Just book online, show up, and experience the energy for yourself. Equipment is provided for your first session.
